Just a short message today, since I’m typing with one hand. Lots of you have been asking how my surgery went. It went extremely well! I’m in no pain and the big, bulky bandage on my right, dominant hand comes off tomorrow. I’m not supposed to do any lifting or heavy work for another few weeks, but that won’t interfere with my teaching. In fact, I’ve been doing about an hour of Qigong each day for the past two days, and it’s helping a lot.
I appreciate all your notes and messages, very much. Here’s wishing you a healthy, stress-free week. I hope you can take a few minutes each day to do some Qigong to keep things in balance. I know YOU know this, and I know it, but it’s worth repeating anyway: It really works!
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I’m super grateful to have the opportunity to practice with you all.
Qi-fully,
Cris
