ANOTHER LOOK

Today I had trouble figuring out what to write in this newsletter. I’m still feeling under the weather with a heavy chest cold and, in true Qigong fashion, when my body feels less than 100% energetic my mind tends to feel dull and sluggish, too. So, I turned to the archive section of my website, thinking I’d simply re-post something from the past. I got as far back as 2022 and realized there was a lot of interesting material in there, much I hadn’t thought about for a while. If you don’t know what I’m referring to, the “Archive” section includes all past newsletters. It’s on the menu bar of my website homepage at criscaivano.com.(Click Here)

The posts provide a story of our group, beginning with the early days during COVID lockdown and progressing through national elections, hurricanes, personal triumphs and losses, poetry, shared adventures, and more. Check it out sometime!  If you are new to our group, it will fill you in on some of the history and principles of Qigong that I may not have mentioned in class recently. If you’re a long-time Qi-ster, I would appreciate learning if reading these old posts stirs any memories, or gives you new perspective on your own, personal qi journey. Write and let me know, please! Your thoughts will be a very helpful contribution to the on-going project we’re co-creating, you and I : our ever-growing, ever-changing Qigong group.
