Gardeners know that period of time after seeds have been planted, when there’s a lot going on, but it’s all underground. I can relate. Our online Qigong classes have been growing steadily and quietly for the past four years, and now the opportunities to practice Qigong have taken root and even spread! Much of that is thanks to you Qi-sters who continue to tell your friends and relatives how Qigong has changed your life for the better.
